Privacy Policy

Corval Advisory Group LLC ("Corval," "we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit corval.ai, complete the AI Readiness Diagnostic, book a call, or engage us as a client — and how we use, share, and protect that information.
1. Information We Collect
- You provide: name, business email, company, role, phone, meeting notes, diagnostic responses, and anything you send via forms or email.
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps via standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
- From third parties: scheduling data from Calendly when you book a call, and engagement data from email tools we use to respond to you.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
- To deliver diagnostic results and advisory work you've engaged us for.
- To improve our website, services, and content.
- To send occasional firm updates — only if you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Legal Basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating the firm, and where necessary to perform a contract with you. For EU/UK visitors, you may withdraw consent or exercise GDPR rights at any time by emailing us.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with vetted processors who help us operate — including hosting, analytics, email, calendar, and CRM providers — under confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, and (with your consent) analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on first visit, and change your choice anytime by clearing site data.
6. AI & Diagnostic Data
Responses submitted through the AI Readiness Diagnostic are used to generate your score and to anonymously improve the assessment. We do not train third-party models on identifiable client data.
7. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and diagnostic data for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Client engagement records are retained as required by professional and tax recordkeeping standards.
8. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; you transmit information at your own risk.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Email us to exercise any of these.
10. Children
Corval's services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected via the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, a notice on the site.
